These Terms of Business govern permanent recruitment services provided by BBR Recruitment Ltd to employers and hiring organisations.
1. POLICY STATEMENT
BBR Recruitment Ltd is committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion and to providing equal opportunities in employment and recruitment.

4. OUR COMMITMENT

5. RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION
In recruitment activities, BBR Recruitment Ltd will:

Assess candidates against objective criteria relevant to the role.
Only collect information necessary for lawful recruitment purposes.
Provide reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process where needed.

Any such conduct may result in appropriate action.
9. REPORTING CONCERNS
Anyone who believes they have been subjected to discrimination, harassment or victimisation in connection with BBR Recruitment Ltd should raise the matter as soon as possible with the director, their direct line manager, or the designated contact person below.
Reports will be taken seriously and dealt with as confidentially as possible.

10. INVESTIGATION AND ACTION
BBR Recruitment Ltd will investigate complaints or concerns appropriately and take action where necessary.
This may include:
Addressing concerns informally where appropriate.

Taking disciplinary action.
Ending or reviewing relationships with third parties where necessary.
Improving policies, processes or training.
11. TRAINING AND AWARENESS
BBR Recruitment Ltd will aim to ensure that all relevant staff are aware of this policy and understand their responsibilities.
12. MONITORING
Where appropriate and lawful, BBR Recruitment Ltd may monitor equality and diversity information to help review the effectiveness of its practices and identify areas for improvement.
Any such monitoring will be carried out lawfully and with respect for privacy.
13. RESPONSIBILITIES
All staff, directors and representatives of BBR Recruitment Ltd are expected to comply with this policy, promote fair treatment and inclusion, avoid discriminatory behaviour and report concerns where appropriate.
Overall responsibility for this policy rests with the directors of BBR Recruitment Ltd.

This policy will be reviewed periodically and updated where necessary.
